Frequently asked questions
Will my computer get slower?
The environment uses some resources only while it is open. Before starting, I check that your computer has enough of them.
Does it work on a Mac?
Yes, on a Mac and on a PC.
Can the company see my personal files?
No. The environment is isolated both ways: company data does not reach the personal part of the computer, and personal data does not reach the work part.
What if the computer is stolen?
The environment's data is encrypted. It cannot be read without the password, and access to company systems can be revoked remotely.
How does payment work?
You pay by card online once the scope and deadline are confirmed. The support subscription is paid in advance for 12 months.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are issued by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”, under which the project operates.
