Frequently asked questions
What if the hours run out?
I suggest the next package up, or we agree on additional work in advance.
Do you work on site?
Most tasks are solved remotely. In Warsaw I can come over.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The contract runs for 12 months and does not renew automatically. You can terminate it with 1 month's notice, effective at the end of a month (§ 5 of the Terms).
Do you support systems set up by others?
Yes. In the first month I get to know your systems and describe what works and what is worth fixing.
How does payment work?
You pay by card online once the scope and deadline are confirmed. The support subscription is paid in advance for 12 months.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are issued by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”, under which the project operates.
