Withdrawal from the contract

If you concluded the contract as a consumer or as a sole trader treated as a consumer, you can withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. Fill in the form and confirm the withdrawal. We will email you a confirmation with the content of your statement and the date and time it was submitted.
